“While we are still early in the process, we are happy to share that construction is underway on Chick-fil-A Crossroads & I-25. The construction is projected to finish in summer 2024, pending any delays. We look forward to expanding our presence in the Loveland community, where each locally owned and operated restaurant creates 80 – 120 jobs,” the brand told What Now Denver.
The QSR business is building “a 4,987 sq. ft. drive-thru restaurant with 2 drive-thru lanes, 102 parking spaces, 2 canopies, and a trash enclosure. [It is] located on the northwest corner of E Crossroads Blvd and St. Cloud Dr.,” documents state.
The proposed establishment is set to occupy approximately 2.64 acres of land. Chick-fil-A will be announcing details about the store’s owner in the coming months.
