Proposed for the existing parking lot south of 8585 South Yosemite Street, the location would be a 5,380-square-foot facility with an indoor capacity of 140 and seating for 16 outside. It would have two drive-thru lanes for efficient service.

The project is scheduled for a public hearing with the planning commission this week. If approved, documents state that construction of a Chick-fil-A typically takes around six months.

As the project is pending, Chick-fil-A, Inc. told What Now Denver, “We are always evaluating potential new locations in the hopes of serving existing and new customers with great food and remarkable service. We would very much like to have more restaurants in Lone Tree, but we have no new locations to confirm at this time.”
