The company is seeking to replace the existing Chase Bank and construct a 2,931-square-foot establishment with two drive-thru canopies and 24 patio seats. The business would have operational hours from 5:30 AM to 11 PM. Monday through Saturday, and would be closed on Sundays.

The city’s Planning Division has received two submissions and is requiring a third to be submitted this week. Residents that live nearby have raised several concerns to the city opposing the project due to issues with how the site will negatively impact traffic.

In a Neighborhood Comments Response Letter, the company wrote that “the proposed project has a more streamlined process for moving vehicles through the designated drive through area than most other Chick-fil-A sites.” It was also stated that there would be “more than adequate” parking.
