The company filed permits to change the existing space to accommodate a food and beverage concept. Most recently, Pro Image Sports occupied the unit, on the first level of the mall, but that retailer has since moved upstairs.

Old Yelp reviews from 2014 and prior actually list this exact address for a closed-down Cinnabon, so it appears the company is giving the space a second shot. Representatives for the brand or the shopping center, which is owned by Simon Property Group, did not respond to a request for comment in time for publication.

This new location is sure to receive plenty of foot traffic and be consistently busy, located a few shops down from Macy’s on an end-cap by the east entrance to the mall. Millions of patrons visit the high-end center, which has over 160 stores, each year.
