Right on the heels of announcing that Colorado’s first Chicken N Pickle will be in Thornton, the company revealed there will be a second iteration coming to Parker. A recent news release shows the brand will be building a complex at the intersection of North Jordan Road and E-470.
The company announced it will begin construction later this year and be open for business in 2024. Plans for the Parker Chicken N Pickle show a multi-story building on a 1.5-acre lot at the new Gatherings at Parker center.
With a restaurant, bar, and pickleball courts, it’s sure to be a lively atmosphere for all ages to mingle, eat, and have fun at. Stuart Zall of Zall Commercial Real Estate, broker for the development, was quoted saying, “Chicken N Pickle is exactly the kind of all-day attraction we think fits well within Gatherings at Parker.”
Mayor of Parker Jeff Toborg said in the press release, “Chicken N Pickle not only provides experienced pickleball players with another option to play, it also serves as a new entry point into the sport and unique entertainment option for residents of all ages,” and that he envisions the concept having great success in the community.
The coming Parker and Thornton locations are two of eight properties that the business is currently working on across the nation. Company estimates are that these properties will bring in hundreds of thousands of patrons each year, and create hundreds of jobs.
