The scope of the work is listed as extending the “outdoor patio dining area with operable weather screening and roof to the existing restaurant.” It will include additional seating for the 521-square-foot add-on, which is within the property line.
Total valuation for the project is listed as $100,000 in construction and $10,000 in electrical work. One Line Studio is the architect on documents.
La Loma is a 5,308-square-foot space that sits just over 300 patrons. It’s a family-run Mexican eatery open for lunch and dinner service, offering Tex-Mex and Southwestern flavors and making fresh tortillas on-site.
