An innovative, egg-centric concept has chosen Denver as its first U.S. outpost, according to a recent press release. Eggs Inc. will offer a redefined fast-casual dining experience once the company finalizes a location.
A spokesperson for Eggs Inc. told What Now Denver the brand is currently in the site selection phase but hopes to open during the late summer or early fall.
Chef Troy Guard and TAG Restaurant Group have collaborated with NHL Hall of Famer Peter Forsberg and founders Glenn and Elisabet Eriksson to bring the Swedish business stateside. It focuses on unique bites, from egg pizzas and burgers to benedicts and sandwiches.
“We’re thrilled to bring this revolutionary concept to market in the United States. Not only is the food amazing but the unique blend of flavor with a focus on quick, protein-rich meals aligns perfectly with the evolving preferences of the American market,” Guard was quoted as saying.
