Owned by Michael Greenberg, Nicole Greenberg, Johnny Perkins, and Pete Esson, the shop’s beginnings came about in 2017 with its first location at 656 Peterson Road. The team has over 60+ years of combined hospitality and entrepreneurial experience.

Grinder Sandwich Co. is committed to using locally sourced ingredients and creating sandwiches that are bursting with flavor. And with a menu that offers a wide variety of options, including salads, soups, and sides, there’s something to satisfy every craving.

The company is known for its excellent service and welcoming, casual atmosphere. With this expansion effort into the northeast part of the city, the business will be able to increase its loyal following.
