The two new locations are owned and operated by Yampa Partner/Chief Finance Officer David Mischell. Mischell currently owns and operates three franchised locations in the Denver area (LoDo, Downtown, Belleview Station).

To celebrate the grand opening of the Jefferson Market Shop, Yampa Sandwich Co. will host a Chamber Ribbon Cutting at 11a.m. and invites the community to come out and celebrate its newest location with them. Additionally, the sandwich shop will offer all guests a free meal* from 11a.m. through 3p.m.

On the selection of the Jefferson Market location Mischell says in a statement, “For several years we have catered to multiple businesses in the southwest Denver area and this new Yampa location will make it much easier to service those existing business customers. We believe our premium ingredients and unique offerings will resonate with the neighborhood and provide a welcome new option for residents in the community.”

He adds, “Our philosophy is built around providing clean food to fuel one’s active lifestyle, so our proximity to the foothills and several other recreational hotspots such as Chatfield Reservoir was also an added draw for selecting this location.”

Yampa Sandwich Co.’s menu is divided up by breakfast, specialty sandwiches – served hot and cold – and salads, soups, and sides. Everything on the menu is made to order and packed with premium ingredients.

The gourmet menu features elevated takes on classic sandwiches while also offering unique combinations which are uniquely Yampa.

“It’s important for us to provide options for everyone which is why we offer an extensive variety of proteins and flavors on the menu. In fact, one of our most popular sandwiches is our vegetarian sandwich called the Sherpa which is made with roasted eggplant, asiago, sweet roasted red peppers, tomato, romaine lettuce and garlic mayo,” says David Pepin, Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer of Yampa Sandwich Co.

Pepin adds, “Within Colorado we have earned a reputation for providing meals that allow our guests to feel sustained throughout the day so they can enjoy any adventure with Yampa by their side. We’re excited to continue to deliver on this commitment to our guests at our two new shops and get to know members of the communities they are located within.”

Yampa Sandwich Co. locations are open for breakfast, lunch, or early evening meals. Catering and box lunches are popular with outdoor adventure enthusiasts as well as executives and office workers.

The Jefferson Market shop will be located at 8174 S. Kipling Parkway, Suite B130, Littleton, Colorado 80127 and the address for the Walnut Creek shop will be 10445 Town Center Dr. Westminster, CO 80021. The new shops will open with limited hours, and will eventually go to permanent hours of operation, 8 a.m. through 8 p.m.

*The free meal is inclusive of 1 sandwich, 1 bag of chips, and 1 drink per person.
