Two new Denver locations and one gym in Lakewood will be opening soon, according to the F45 website. F45 LOHI will open at 3100 Zuni St. and F45 Green Mountain at 2585 South Lewis Way in Denver. F45 Belmar is planned for a spot at 7349 W. Alaska Dr. in Lakewood.

“We believe our growth can be attributed to our three key pillars: Innovation of workouts; Motivation from training in team-based classes; and Results from F45 deploying HIIT as the modality that achieves the best results for clients looking for life-changing outcomes,” said F45 President, CEO, and Chairman Adam J. Gilchrist in a statement on the F45 website.

The “F” in F45 stands for functional training, which is a mix of circuit and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts. The 45-minute classes are designed to provide a full-body workout and improve energy levels, strength, and endurance.

The franchise focuses on a team training mentality to help members transform physically and mentally while encouraging growth as a community.
