Tacos VIP Denver has been catering for private events and parties for the past four years, and now plans are underway to offer to-go and delivery options to diners. “We thought the ghost kitchen was a great idea, so we went ahead and did that,” said Tacos VIP Denver owner Luis Martin.
The new space at 810 Vallejo St. in Denver will offer to-go and delivery options through Grubhub, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates. “Basically, all your delivery apps on the Internet, you can order from there, they will pick it up, and they will deliver it to you,” Martin told What Now Denver.
The spot on Vallejo St. has outdoor seating and some indoor dining. “You go up to a window and order, and then you’re able to eat there. There’s quite a bit of tables,” Martin explained.
Some Tacos VIP Denver menu items include the marinated pork taco with different chiles topped with onions, cilantro, and green salsa. “That’s one of my favorite ones,” Martin said. Other options are steak and chicken tacos, and burritos. “We have something really special called the Hot Cheeto Burrito, which is pretty good.”
Tacos VIP Denver is still waiting for some inspections and licenses to be finalized, but Martin hopes to begin offering dishes from the ghost kitchen sometime in June. Tacos VIP Denver will also continue catering private events and parties in the area. “I’m just excited to serve the community.”
