Permits filed with the City and County of Denver reveal Jack in the Box will construct a 2,734-square-foot building on an almost 1-acre lot. There will be a dual drive-thru, 22 parking spaces, and seating for 54 patrons inside.

Warner Foods Management is the listed franchise owner. The company owns more than 100 Jack in the Box units, as well as several Panera Bread, Black Bear Diner, and Noodles & Company. PM Design Group is the architect, Olive Street Landscape is the landscape architecture group, and Core Consultants is the civil engineering firm on the project.

Other concepts that are being developed at the site near the restaurant include Culver’s and a newly built Bank of America. Directly across the street are King Soopers, SportClips, KFC, AutoZone, and more.
