Owned by longtime businesswoman Kim Tarbox-Bernhardt and her son Jeff Bernhardt who oversees production, Paradice Cream will be located on 1385 Sculptor Dr, right off E Eisenhower Blvd.

The ice cream shop will be neighboring a Firehouse Subs, in case anyone is in the mood for dessert after.

Last fall, the mother and son duo hosted a beer and ice cream pairing event at Grimm Brothers Brewhouse where they showcased their specialty ice cream which includes flavors such as grape-nut, fireball and peanut butter & jelly.

This will be the first brick-and-mortar location for the business which was previously taking orders from a commercial kitchen they rented at Sparge Brewing in Wellington.

Be sure to check out their website as they’re still taking orders here until they open.
