Mecha Noodle Bar isn’t just a dining destination; it’s an immersive journey into the heart of Southeast Asian culture. The restaurant design embodies a trendy, yet nostalgic ambiance, and beyond the aesthetics lies an experience that’s as authentic as it is unforgettable. Guests can visit for a Sunday lunch with the family or late-night for a cocktail with a date — there’s something for everyone.

For Co-Founders, Tony and Rich, Mecha Noodle Bar represents more than just a restaurant chain; it embodies the spirit of the American Dream. Influenced by their immigrant parents and their upbringing, Tony and Rich were inspired to build something greater than themselves. Their shared passion for cooking, creating a sense of community, and giving back laid the foundation for Mecha Noodle Bar.

“The decision to expand to this location was a mix of seizing an opportunity and the awesome support from our buddy and RiNo District Manager, Jason Snopkoski,” Tony and Rich say in a statement. “Jason, a close friend who made the move to Denver ten years back, helped us revamp our drink menu all the way from Denver for our South Norwalk spot. When we saw this spot available, we just couldn’t resist being close to him secretly, plus the area has seen so much growth recently. We are excited to establish a presence in RiNo and look forward to serving the community”

Through its movement Eat Justice, Mecha Noodle Bar builds 50 cents into the price of each bowl of ramen and donates the sum to a worthy cause chosen by their dedicated staff every month.

“We have been able to donate over $850,000 to support our local communities through Eat Justice,” Tony and Rich say. “We live by the mantra that profit matters, but people matter more.”

Join Mecha Noodle Bar on August 14, 2024, as they embark on a new chapter in the RiNo Art District, located at 2801 Walnut St, Suite 110, Denver CO 80205. To celebrate this exciting journey, the first 100 bowls ordered during the grand opening will be complimentary.
