Permits have been filed with the City and County of Denver to construct the business in an empty spot within the complex. Other food options at DPAC include Prelude + Post, Under The Glass Top, and Kevin Taylor’s at the Opera House.

Documents show Olive & Finch estimates about $600,000 in work needing to be done and that the company is planning for a dining patio expansion. David P. Goode Architecture is listed as working on the project.

Denverites appreciate how Olive & Finch combines elevated, made-from-scratch dishes with a casual atmosphere great for breakfast, business lunch, date night, or family dinner. The original location is in Uptown and there is another in Cherry Creek, as well as 16th Street Mall’s Little Finch bakery and Colfax’s Olive & Finch On The Fly market and coffee bar.
