On Friday, the council reviewed Papa’s application for a new Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License. A final action was not yet listed on the city’s website.
Documents state that the company leased the 1500-square-foot space for a term dating from August 1, 2023, to July 21, 2033. It anticipates having 14 employees.
Papa’s is a family-owned establishment serving the best of Italian food, including pizza, pasta, calzones, and more. It has a Florence spot and a location near Sunset Mesa Open Space.
