Documents submitted to the city show that a favorite fast-food venue could be coming to Parker. In-N-Out Burger is working on plans to open a restaurant on the southwest corner of the Parked Road/Pine Lane intersection.

The project is now under review by government officials, so the status of when it will be ready and open is unclear. Plans, however, show that the building will be almost 4,000 square feet and have a drive-thru area with space to accommodate 24 cars.

The corner where the company is proposing to build was a grassy meadow until recent development efforts began. In the last year, a Slim Chickens fast food chain and a gas station/car wash have opened on the same plot.

This news is the latest step in the chain continuing its Colorado expansion efforts, after arriving in the state — to much anticipation — in late 2020. There are plans to add a few more around the state already also in motion simultaneously.
