It appears as though Snooze, an A.M. Eatery on Colorado Blvd. will soon undergo interior renovations. The restaurant would get a renovation of the dining area and kitchen space, according to City of Denver permitting records.
The breakfast and brunch restaurant offers a variety of scrumptious dishes and adult/kid-friendly beverages. The unique menu offers creative twists to breakfast classics such as pancakes, French toast, eggs benedict, omelets, and more. Snooze accommodates paleo, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets, as well.
If you’re in the mood for a cocktail with your brunch, Snooze offers a full bar. You can try a Bloody Mary, mimosa, margarita, or a variety of craft beers. Gourmet Guatemalan coffee, cold brews, espresso, chocolate milk, and more are also available.
Snooze launched in Colorado in 2006 and now has a dozen locations across the state including the one with the planned reno at 700 N. Colorado Blvd., Denver, CO 80206. There is no word on when the renovations might begin or an expected completion date.
Another Snooze location is coming soon to 101 N. Broadway in Denver, and other spots are open across the U.S in Arizona, California, Texas, and other states.
