Local hospitality company Gastamo Group, the masterminds behind Park Burger, Perdida, and more, are working on a project called First Street Farms. The concept will be located at 7755 S. Santa Fe Dr., records show.
A pre-application meeting regarding the project was held earlier this month. Documents for that were submitted by Rory Bilocerkowycz of Surround Architecture, a Boulder firm, and reference plans for “a new Restaurant and Event Facility with accompanying Outdoor Gathering spaces”.
Renderings for First Street Farms show it will be a focal point of the RiverPark mixed-use development, located on a slice of land against South Platte Park. There will be a multi-level event barn with a kitchen and bar, an atrium, an outdoor event space, and a restaurant with a bar, VIP lounge, and patio dining. About 150 parking spaces will be available for patrons.
Gastamo Group did not respond to What Now Denver in time to provide a comment before publication.
