Riot House, located at 1920 Market St., will serve to augment the partners’ impact in the downtown Denver district.

“We have a great partnership with Monfort Properties. We’re proud of our first investment with Whiskey Row in Denver and have always wanted to expand,” Lissa Druss, spokesperson for the Riot Hospitality Group, said. “This is an exciting time to be in Denver, and we are deeply committed to the LoDo district.”

The Scottsdale, Arizona-based hospitality group has 13 locations across the country including in Denver, and in Nashville, Tennessee, Chicago, Illinois, and Gilbert and Scottsdale, Arizona.

When it opens, the new Riot House will be a restaurant and bar that aims to bring the organization’s award-winning cuisine, high-end cocktails, and entertainment to patrons looking for an elevated experience.

The approximately 21,000-square-foot nightlife setting will feature a large center bar, a dance floor, rooftop patio, and “world-class audio system” across its two floors in a “modern nightlife setting.” As a business that aims to embed in the community that they service, Riot House endeavors to impact the local economy by creating jobs and offering food and drink from local businesses.

In addition to the entertainment hub, Riot’s charitable arm, Riot Gives Back, will also seek to give back to the greater community with involvement in local charitable events and operations.
