Rock N’ Roll Sushi, the chain celebrated for its dynamic blend of fresh sushi and rock-inspired ambiance, is set to make its mark in Colorado Springs. Franchisee Kyle Gerstner will open two or three locations, according to Restaurant News.

Reports say the first of the restaurants will open by the end of this year. A teaser said it will be located near the Air Force Academy. Colorado Springs’ first Rock N’ Roll Sushi opened last year at 7875 Silicon Heights Suite 100.
The company, which comes from the professionals behind Tropical Smoothie Cafe, was founded in 2010 and began franchising four years later. It has grown to more than 60 locations across the country.
Kyle Gerstner, who owns KMG hospitality group, is also a multi-unit owner of Freddy’s Frozen Custard locations in Colorado and California. He has been an operator with that company for over a decade.
