Located at 7875 Silicone Heights, Ste. 100, the new location is near the intersection of Constitution Ave. and Marksheffel Road. Franchise Partner Kyle Gerstner, CEO and Owner of KMG, LLC, signed on to open 25 locations throughout the Keystone State, with the first slated to host its grand opening Monday, July 17.

“We’re excited to expand our footprint out West and partner with Kyle, a restaurateur with over a decade’s worth of experience to open our first Colorado location,” Rock N Roll Sushi CEO Chris Kramolis said in a statement. “The growth and great vibes given off by Colorado Springs make it the perfect place to embrace our one-of-a-kind dining experience featuring sushi amplified.”

Rock N Roll Sushi will kick off its connection to the community with a VIP Fundraiser on Friday, July 14, and Saturday, July 15, that will benefit the Mt. Carmel Veterans Center.

Attending patrons in lieu of paying for their meal are encouraged to voluntarily donate those funds to the charity. The Veterans Center provides transition and employment assistance, behavioral health, wellness and support services to military members and their families.

“I’m excited to introduce Colorado Springs to a whole new way of ‘dining out loud’ with sushi amplified, while being a vital part of this community,” said Gerstner, who also owns other local restaurants. “Anytime we can support the men and women who have fought for our freedom, we will. And if folks missed the chance to join us for our VIP event, I personally invite them to come try the best sushi in town at our grand opening.”

The new restaurant will feature a dedicated to-go service area and window for guests to quickly order and conveniently grab Rock N Roll Sushi’s greatest hits on the go.
