Rob Webb founded Just Love Coffee in 2009 after realizing the expense of a trip to Ethiopia to adopt two children with his wife, Emily. Webb began an online coffee roasting business in Tennessee, and within the first year of operation, he was able to donate nearly $100,000 to adoptive families. The business grew into a café to offer food and now has franchise locations across the U.S.
One of the first Colorado Just Love Coffee locations is under construction at 12652 W. Ken Caryl Ave. in Littleton, which was previously a Lil’ Ricci’s NY Pizza.
Nancy Hall owns the Just Love Coffee franchise location in Littleton. “They have a charitable nature. They want people to genuinely feel good when they leave, so their customer service is just top notch,” Hall said about the Just Love Coffee brand.
“We hope to bring a place where people gather and just get involved in the whole community,” Hall told What Now Denver. Just Love Coffee offers unique breakfast, lunch and dinner menu options for diners. “We make everything on waffle irons.”
Breakfast options include the womelette, breakfast burrito, and avocado toast. For lunch and dinner, diners can enjoy a grilled chicken wrap, classic club sandwich, or the quinoa-veggie wrap. Just Love Coffee also offers a variety of fresh salads, waffles, and desserts, along with drip coffees, lattes, and teas.
“With the world and COVID,” Hall said, “everybody is ready to get together and enjoy coffee and the community.”
Hall’s husband Greg Hall owns Halls Lifetime Homes and is working with Hawkeye Construction to renovate the location. “They got so much done this week.” They hope to open the Littleton restaurant in June and would like to open another Just Love Coffee in the future.
Another franchise location is being planned for 140 E. Cheyenne Rd., Colorado Springs, CO 80906.
