Co-owner Berenice Longoria told What Now Denver that the lease at its current College Ave. shop is expiring and they are instead moving into a “better location”. She owns the business with her husband Cesar Lopez.

They started the company as a taco cart in 2012 and then grew it into a restaurant during the pandemic. As they relocate to the Scotch Pines Village Shopping Center and start this next chapter, Cesar and Berenice are gearing up to continue their legacy of serving up authentic Mexican flavors.

Permits have been submitted for work at the property, which is some minimal remodeling. The eatery is set to close its current spot in May and open the doors at the new space in the first week of June.
