The business currently has six spots around the Centennial state: three in Denver, two in Fort Collins, and one in Steamboat Springs. The Littleton property will bring the company’s delicious sandwiches to patrons in the southwest metro area.

Located in a busy retail plaza at Kipling and W Chatfield Ave., the space is a high-traffic zone for shoppers. Yampa Sandwich Company will be taking over the empty shell where Fro Yo Spot, a self-serve yogurt store, was.

This location of the chain will be owned and operated by David Mischell, who is also Yampa’s CFO and the franchise owner of the brand’s Denver stores. The company was stated to also be looking at nearby cities such as Lone Tree, Parker, Highlands Ranch, and Arvada for future opportunities.
