MOD Pizza “the original superfast pizza experience” according to their official website, “a pioneering fast-casual concept that puts you in the driver’s seat” has been expanding through the Rockies since 2019 and is set to open another store in The Lowry in Denver on 63 Quebec St.
The pizza place will be near Tavern Lowry, Lowry Liquors, a Starbucks, The Delectable Egg-Dine-in and more including the Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum. MOD Pizza will be serving artisan-style pizzas that are made-to-order and they are known for churning out these pizzas in mere minutes. There are over 30 toppings to choose from including artichokes, arugula, black olives, corn, mushroom, bacon, anchovies, grilled chicken, and sausage.
Pizzas are priced according to size and pricing doesn’t change no matter how many toppings are added. MOD Pizza serves a “Mod Pizza” which is 11″, a “Mini Pizza” which is 6″ and the “Mega Dough Pizza” which is 11″ with a thick crust. They also serve salads, cheesy garlic bread and the “No Name Cake” for dessert.
The Seattle-based company was founded by entrepreneurs Scott and Ally Svenson in 2008 and has quickly expanded all over the U.S. The company not only serves fresh pizzas but also works with a “People First Mission” where they aim to put their employees first.
