As part of Yampa Sandwich Company’’s continued expansion in the state, another metro Denver location has been announced. A lease was signed recently for 10445 Town Center Dr. in Westminster.
The brand executed the lease for the 1,234-square-foot space in April and announced its acquisition in a press release last week. Dave Mischell is the owner of the coming Westminster store, as well as a Littleton location.
Located in the Shops at Walnut Creek center, the space is estimated to be open and ready for business sometime in the fall. The busy shopping plaza also features retailers like Cold Stone Creamery, Vip Nails & Spa, and Buffalo Wild Wings.
In the press release, Yampa Sandwich Co. wrote that it “is focused on continuing to expand its reach within Denver to make its high-quality sandwiches even more accessible to the community.”
