The expansion at Denver International Airport continues. One new restaurant planned for the Concourse C expansion that is tentatively scheduled to open sometime in 2023 is Bar Dough.
Bar Dough’s menu offers traditional Italian cuisine with handmade pasta and wood-fired pizzas, salads, and more. Chef Russell Stippich has also developed dishes including inventive small plates and prepared meats and fish.
Diners can sample Italian-inspired cocktails, craft beers, and Italian wines while enjoying elevated dishes. If you’re planning a private event, Bar Dough has private-dining space available or can offer catering options for an off-site venue.
Bar Dough is currently open for dinner service Sunday through Saturday with brunch available on Saturdays and Sundays at 2227 West 32nd Ave. in Denver. The latest addition to the brand will be located at Denver International Airport at 8500 Peña Blvd., Denver, CO 80249.
