According to a Westword article, chef Alex Seidel, the name behind Fruition, Mercantile, and Chook Charcoal Chicken, plans to open Roca’s Pizza & Pasta in a few weeks if all goes according to plan.

Roca’s will be located at the former site of recently-shuttered Frontroom Pizza at 13795 West Jewell Avenue in Lakewood. Plans include updating the interior with new décor and seating.

The new restaurant will feature Italian cuisine of pizzas with freshly-made thin or thick crust, house-made pastas, salads, and sandwiches. A variety of wine and beer will also be available to Roca’s guests.
