Permits filed this week state that the “relocation of the building on the site is intended to greatly enhance the visual appeal of the entire site and maximize the efficiency of the relocation of the building drive-through, while bringing the site into conformance with the required landscape setbacks.”

Documents show pedestrian access and bike parking stalls will be added to the property. The building will be 2,200 square feet with 590-square-foot patio space outdoors, and the drive-thru will have space for eight vehicles. There will be 12 regular parking spots and two ADA-accessible spaces.

The architect on the project is listed as Jigsaw Design, while the landscape architect is Jimenez Design Group. Shannon Family Holdings LLC is the franchise owner of this Dairy Queen location.
