While Infuse Hospitality is listed as the “business name,” it’s currently unclear if Fairgrounds Coffee and Tea — the hospitality group’s flagship cafe concept — will be the establishment taking over the space. What Now Denver reached out to Zachary Massaro, Director of Operations at Infuse Hospitality, but did not receive an immediate response.

According to Infuse Hospitality’s website, Fairgrounds boasts “8 locations across the country in Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, and Dallas. The cafe offers a first-of-its-kind coffeehouse experience, serving over a dozen craft coffee roasters (think Verve, Colectivo, Counter Culture), specialty teas, cold brew and Kombucha on tap, and fresh, chef-made fare under one roof.”

Updates as to which coffee shop will take over the location at 633 17th Street are forthcoming.
