“The goal has always been to open multiple HashTAGs in Denver, like we’ve done with our Mexican concept, Los Chingones,” founder Troy Guard said in a press release. “It’s an exciting next step for TAG Restaurant Group and a credit to my team who helped put this together. The staff has worked incredibly hard building a loyal following in Central Park.”

HashTAG has developed a rowdy, fun-loving reputation for its lively atmosphere — a combination of rowdy music, “boozy brunch cocktails, and Guard’s innovative take on classic brunch fare.” Just as its current digs, patrons of the new spot can expect the similar staple menu fare that include its award-winning egg Benedicts, chilaquiles, “big cast-iron cinnamon roll,” biscuits and gravy and “platter-sized HashTAG hotcakes.”

Set in the Midtown West section of the central business district in a building owned by Hine, an international real estate investment developer and property manager, the new HashTAG provides easy access for office workers, tenants, and nearby LoDo denizens.

The second HashTAG will be the overarching TAG Restaurant Group’s 11th dining option, joining concepts Bubu, Guard and Grace, and the aforementioned Los Chingones. Plans for the brand “include further expansion to other parts of Denver, with a possibility of expanding out of state in the next couple of years.”
