CAVA offers a build your own meal option that starts with a base of salad, pita, rice, and more, and then add a choice of a dip or spread including hummus, roasted eggplant, and other options. A protein can then be added along with some of your favorite toppings and your choice of dressing.

CAVA’s website lists nearly 200 locations across the U.S. including seven within the state of Colorado in Denver, Boulder, Castle Rock, and other cities. CAVA is expected to open in early 2023 at Shops at Old Town Station in Arvada, according to a Denver Business Journal article.

The four-acre development at the former Olde Town Arvada Park-n-Ride will also gain a hotel, as well as retail and restaurant space including Smashburger, Snooze, and Parry’s Pizza, according to the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority.
