CAVA’s website lists nearly 200 locations across the U.S. including seven within the state of Colorado in Denver, Boulder, Castle Rock, and other cities. CAVA is expected to open in early 2023 at Shops at Old Town Station in Arvada, according to a Denver Business Journal article.

The four-acre development at the former Olde Town Arvada Park-n-Ride will also gain a hotel, as well as retail and restaurant space including Smashburger, Snooze, and Parry’s Pizza, according to the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority.
