Mountain Mike’s Pizza, a family-style pizza chain for over 45 years, known for its crispy, curly pepperonis, 20-inch Mountain-sized pizzas, and dough made fresh daily, announced its debut in Colorado – the brand’s eighth state – with the opening of a new restaurant in Parker. Owned and operated by Castle Rock residents Chris and Rocio Plucinski, Parker is the first of two Centennial State openings for the couple, who also will open a Mountain Mike’s location in nearby Aurora in early 2024. The Plucinskis, who have more than 50 years of combined business experience, are expected to open future Mountain Mike’s locations in Colorado, focusing on Castle Rock, Denver, and the surrounding areas.

“Whenever we explore a new venture, we first consider the business’ positive impact on the area. Mountain Mike’s, with its community and family-focused DNA, goes beyond simply offering delicious pizza, it actively integrates into the neighborhoods it serves through meaningful partnerships and initiatives that align with and benefit local residents,” said Chris and Rocio Plucinski in a statement. “We are so drawn to Mountain Mike’s Pizza, and from the food and the atmosphere to the culture and brand values, we are immensely proud to represent this chain, bring Mountain Mike’s to Colorado, and deliver an all-around amazing experience to guests.”
As it continues to grow strategically throughout the West and beyond, Mountain Mike’s is thrilled to introduce the brand’s “Pizza the Way it Oughta Be!” experience and 20-inch Mountain-sized pizzas, including the Pikes Peak, to the Parker community. The 2,400-square-foot restaurant features the same family-friendly atmosphere the brand is known for. The new location features eight big-screen televisions and complimentary Wi-Fi. For those who enjoy dining alfresco, there is also a 300-square-foot patio. The new location also includes arcade games and an all-you-can-eat pizza and salad lunch buffet.
The new Parker Mountain Mike’s is located in the Pine Bluffs Plaza at 12239 Pine Bluffs Way. The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
