City records reveal what appears to be plans for a new Wingstop location in FoCo. Documents show the brand applied for a sign permit for a space at 4631 S Mason St. Unit B3.
There are not many details available about the concept’s coming, and the brand did not respond to What Now Denver in time to provide a comment. But the permit filing, which was applied for on July 19, suggests the business is close to opening.
Matt Everhart from Concept Signs & Graphics is listed on the permit. The job valuation is listed at $4,800.
The space where the business will be going is a vacant slot in a strip mall, between a liquor store and a spa. It’s located off the busy College Ave., in the south side of town near Warren Lake.
