According to permitting information with the City of Denver, the nearly 6,000-square-foot spot will need interior renovations. The Asian restaurant concept was founded on making dishes from scratch each day. Chefs at P.F. Chang’s hand-roll dim sum and wok-cook each dish.

Diners can start off with a couple of appetizers from the menu including Chang’s Lettuce Wraps and Crispy Green Beans. Menu items include crab wontons, dumplings, and a variety of sushi, soups, and salads.

Why not try the Peking Duck, Salt & Pepper Prawns, or the Miso Glazed Salmon for an entrée? Noodle and rice dishes, as well as a variety of scrumptious desserts are also featured.

P.F. Chang’s first opened its doors in 1993 in Scottsdale, Arizona and now boasts more than 300 locations across the country including about half a dozen in Colorado.
