Although Rush Bowls hasn’t nailed down specific spots yet, the healthy meals-in-a-bowl restaurant franchise plans to add one new location in the Denver Metro area by mid-2022.

Two more locations are expected to open in the following years. Possible locations include near the University of Denver campus and in Louisville just north of Denver.

The fast-casual restaurant is known for its fresh and healthy meals-in-a-bowl, which feature fruits and vegetables topped with organic granola, a drizzle of honey, and a choice of toppers. Rush Bowls can be blended into smoothies with protein, vitamins, and other nutritious ingredients.

The future Rush Bowls franchise locations are owned by Ian and Giorgia Turpen. Both share a passion for eating nutrient-packed meals at Rush Bowls to maintain a healthy lifestyle, so they decided to pursue their dream of owning a small, health-focused business while continuing to work in their full-time careers.

Rush Bowls was founded by Andrew Pudalov in Boulder in 2004. Franchising began in 2016. Rush Bowls has dozens of locations across the country with more than 100 included in expansion plans.
