Cara Blauvelt, co-owner of Bodega, told What Now Denver that the lease has been signed and they will be working on permits soon. “We are specifically excited to move into RiNo, because we currently live in the Cole neighborhood and walk our dogs past our new location every day. It will be really fun to be able to feed our own neighborhood.”

Two years after first captivating fans in Sunnyside, Bodega’s popularity continues to increase; the team serves about 1,000 customers a day on weekends. Loyal patrons of the fast-casual eatery love its signature breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and burgers.

Plans for the new space include incorporating more savory dishes, experimenting with an all-day brunch menu, and extending operating hours until 6 p.m. Bodega will also have an extended happy hour with craft cocktails, as well as grab-and-go options.
