“We’re hoping to be approved any day, and construction will start as soon as we get approval,” co-owner Ry Hawley told What Now Denver Tuesday. “We’re shooting for a December 1 opening day.”

The bar will primarily be a golf simulator with 5 bays containing a large impact screen and projectors. Thanks to the help of a few different sensors and softwares, patrons can essentially play almost any golf course in the world.

“One of our goals is to be inclusive and be a place where everybody feels comfortable,” says Hawley. “We feel that golf can be a little too rigid and not approachable at times. There’s a space for non golfers to play pool or shuffleboard or even try golfing for the first time in a relaxed environment.”

Additionally, they hope to bring in golf instructors to help ease in those beginners and make them feel more comfortable out on the real courses. Here, a whole round can be played within around an hour, since there’s no time between holes.

They also aim to work with as many local businesses as possible, including their partnership with Cohesion Brewery that recently opened down the street.

Their website shows a 3D model of the upcoming space. As of this writing, if you join their mail list, you can also take 50% off your first hour.
