The Gaykery is owned by experienced baker, Brandon Tullos. “We are all inclusive and hope to show that the community is also supportive of such unity in the world today,” Tullos said.

The food truck normally sets up shop to serve hungry customers at area breweries. “The food truck will still be operational and hopefully, move more towards the catering and event business,” Tullos told What Now Denver.

The menu includes a variety of tasty options. If you’re looking for a sweet treat, The Gaykery offers chocolate chip cookies, “Frenchish” macarons, brookies, muffins, cupcakes, sliced cake, and more. Candies and confections such as fudge and divinity are also available seasonally.

Savory options include Southern-style cuisine such as biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffles, chili, and shrimp and grits.
