Carlson Gracie Team Castle Rock is currently located at 2280 Manatt Ct. in Castle Rock. The new location will be at 488 Crystal Valley Pkwy. in Castle Rock and could be open to the public by the end of 2022 or spring of 2023.

“We will be right off of I-25,” Leblanc said. “We just wanted to have a bigger gym with more parking, more visibility, so we can grow.

“We offer kids’ teams and adult jiu jitsu classes,” Leblanc said. “We have probably one of the highest-ranking kids’ jiu jitsu programs in Colorado. Our kids’ teams typically place in the second and third place range out of 50 teams out of Colorado,” Leblanc told What Now Denver. “We have a lot of high-level competitors in the adult classes.”

Leblanc is partnering with Wade Hunsinger and Jared Haymon on the new building. Haymon co-owns the gym with Leblanc’s wife, Holly Leblanc, and also co-owns the new Oo-de-Lally Coffee at the same building with his wife Sarah Haymon.

“We just look forward to having the new location at the end of Crystal Valley Ranch there and just look forward to growing and bringing some great jiu jitsu to the area,” Leblanc said.

They plan to get two other tenants to move into empty spots at the building. They are open to any type of business, possibly a sandwich shop, dentist office, or other retailer.
