Launch breakfast offerings include burritos, avocado toast, and oatmeal. Smoothies, sandwiches, salads, and charcuterie and veggie boards are also available along with assorted cookies, pastries, and tea breads. Gluten-free and vegan options are available to diners.

Espresso, specialty coffees, lattes, and teas, as well as Colorado beer, wine, and cocktails are served at Launch.

According to the Launch website, the company’s tag line is “Bringing People to Life.” This statement reflects Launch’s belief “that good things happen when people get off their devices and start interacting in the moment with the people and world around them.”

Launch’s current location in Golden is said to be a place to gather and connect while enjoying drinks and high-quality food. The new Launch Sunnyside at ZIA location is sure to bring the same atmosphere to area residents.

Launch in Golden opened in 2019 and is located at 18455 W. Colfax Ave., #101. There’s no word on when the new Launch location will open at ZIA Sunnyside.
