Grange Hall, Chef Troy Guard’s Denver Food Hall, welcomes their newest stall, Menya Ramen to an already-stellar culinary lineup. All hand-picked by Guard, Menya joins Bubu, Crack Shack, Uptown & Humboldt, Greenwood Village Sushi Co. and Little Dry Creek Brewery.

Says Guard in a statement, “Grange Hall continues to grow and shape itself into the community space we envisioned. We are so excited to welcome Menya Ramen to an already all-star lineup of stalls. JW and his team make some amazing food and the folks down in Greenwood Village are going to love this place.”

Menya Ramen is part of Seoul Hospitality Group, started by the group’s President, JW Lee, who immigrated from South Korea to Denver at the age of 27. With over 20 years of experience as a chef, he has an impressive restaurant portfolio with 11 concepts including Mono Mono Korean Fried Chicken, Seoul Mandoo, Mochinut and Seoul K-BBQ & Hotpot.

Says President of Seoul Hospitality Group, JW Lee, “We are so excited to expand and bring our ramen and Korean flavors down south to Grange Hall. It will be a lot of fun to join some of the great restaurants that are already here and be part of the community [in Greenwood Village].”

Menya Ramen’s first location opened in 2016 at the 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver. The outpost at Grange Hall is the fourth location in Denver, with a menu that includes a selection of traditional Japanese and Korean inspired starters, ramen and bowls. Some standout dishes and fan favorites are the Kimchi Ramen with spicy chicken and spicy miso broth, Tako Yaki, a traditional Japanese fried octopus fritter and Korean Bibimbap with Korean BBQ beef, fresh vegetables and a spicy pepper sauce.

Menya Ramen is located at 6575 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard Greenwood Village, CO 80111 and is open Mon-Th: 11 AM – 11 PM, Fri: 11AM – 12 AM, Sat: 10:30 AM – 12 AM and Sun: 10:30 AM – 10 PM.
