happyfastdelicious will open at 4736 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80220 — the location once home to a bikini barista java joint — sometime in the next six months, according to a combination of intel from Hot-Chick-A-Latte’s former tenant and Happyfastdelicious’ website. Founder Andrew Nesi, who also serves as founder and CEO of Joylab, could not be immediately reached for comment.

“We’re calling them happyfastdelicious because, well, we expect they’ll be happier and faster and more delicious,” the site explains. “Currently, we have one popup store on wheels, and in the next 6 months, we’ll be opening permanent locations across the country.” It’s unclear as to when the above information was posted to the website or if it has been recently updated.

Hot-Chick-A-Latte shut its doors on August 28 after residual pandemic struggles proved too difficult to overcome. Thankfully, Christina Stephens has plans to bring back the beloved brew spot in the coming years.

happyfastdelicious prides itself in being different than your typical drive-thru coffee shop wherein the pick-up process involves less driving and a lot more stop-and-go than expected or desired. With happyfastdelicious’ mobile app that offers personalization and easy ordering, the company hopes to streamline the drive-thru operation, getting customers in, out, and on their caffeinated way.

What’s more, happyfastdelicious boasts coffee brewed differently, devoid of bitterness, and packed with caffeine rather than milk & filler. The website describes its forthcoming menu as follows: “Dozens of the most flavorful flavors we can find. The best vanilla, of course, and also lots of unexpected, adventurous, and limited availability flavors we discover.”
