Littleton will be home to the second location of Number 38, a popular food, drinks, and entertainment venue that opened in RiNo two years ago. The company recently bought a plot of land at 7390 S. Broadway for the space, which is set to open next summer, Haleigh Watts, the brand’s national marketing director told What Now Denver.

It has been an honor to curate unique and exciting experiences for the community. We look forward to bringing those experiences to Number 38 Littleton and continuing to expand Colorado’s Social Frontier,” she said.

The new venue will be an 8,500-square-foot building with beautiful views of the mountains. The location is next to a Starbucks and a Culver’s fast food restaurant, on a .92-acre plot that the company paid $1.35 million for.

Number 38 Littleton will continue the theme of homage to Colorado being the 38th state. Both the food and drink choices represent local vendors, and the business often has local Colorado talent come out to perform music.

The RiNo location, which hosts the Split Lip eatery, has won many awards for its patio, free entertainment, and game-watching options. There was also recently a Number 15 that opened in Kentucky.
