The new restaurant is set to open on 7111 E Lowry Blvd, right off Quebec St, near MOD Pizza and I Scream Gelato as well as The Delectable Egg-Dine-In, Walter’s 303 Lowry, a Starbucks, Tavern Lowry and more.

Ronin Lowry will be offering ramen dishes alongside the sushi and sashimi that Sushi Ronin is known and loved for. We hope that some of the small plates featured at Sushi Ronin, such as the karaage, goma shoyu, and broiled mackarel collar with ponzu will make an appearance.

The Sushi Ronin team originally started out in Denver with an Izakaya restaurant called Izakaya Ronin in 2017, but the restaurant unfortunately had to shut down in 2019. We can’t wait for their new restaurant which which looks like its set to be some kind of a revival.
