The coffee shop and cafe will be opening within the new development Parkside @ City Center, which according to its website is “a series of exciting redevelopments that are collectively transforming a generic and mall-oriented suburban area into a vibrant, walkable and lively center of Aurora.”

There are a lot of exciting openings coming to Parkside, one of which will be Gina’s Kitchen Delights, which What Now Denver reported a while back.

The Dally Grind “is poised to be the new heart of Aurora,” according to their website. “We are a local family-owned coffee shop/café, serving others the best way we know how; with a great cup of coffee, a sweet treat from a family recipe, and a whole lot of love. Come and take a break from the corporate coffee and discover family-style flavor.”

Apart from hand-picked teas and coffees, the cafe also sells curated gift sets with local products from the Colorado area.
