Ziggi’s Coffee Continues Colorado Expansion

Gourmet coffees, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and more are headed to a new Fort Collins coffee shop.

Ziggi’s Coffee is continuing its expansion across the state of Colorado. According to leasing intel, a Ziggi’s Coffee location is being planned for 1880 N. College Ave. in Fort Collins.

According to the Ziggi’s Coffee website, Fort Collins is already home to one drive-thru location at 6533 S. College Avenue. The Ziggi’s planned for the North College Marketplace could open in late 2022.

Ziggi’s is planning multiple franchise locations across the Denver Metro area including on Leetsdale Drive in Denver, W. 120th in Broomfield, W. 92nd Lane in Arvada, and Balmstone Dr. in Lafayette. Other future locations are also planned for Parker and Eaton.

Ziggi’s offers an extensive menu of specialty coffees such as the Gold Rush Cold Brew or Raspberry Truffle. Fruit smoothies are available, as well as Red Bull-infused drinks.

Flavorful food choices for Ziggi’s guests consist of breakfast burritos and sandwiches, bread slices, oatmeal, scones, and more.

Ziggi’s Coffee was founded by Brandon and Camrin Knudsen in Longmont in 2004 and now boasts dozens of cafes and drive-thru locations across the U.S. with more than 100 in development.
