“Downtown Fort Collins is the ideal spot for our next Crisp & Green opening, and we’re excited to continue to bring our chef-crafted menu to areas outside of Denver so we can reach even more health conscious Coloradans,” founder and CEO Steele Smiley said in a press release.

The restaurant’s menu offers acai and grain bowls, signature salads, smoothies, and more. Salad toppings include kale, arugula, roasted chicken, maple roasted butternut squash, apples, quinoa, shredded white cheddar, candied pecans, and an apple cider, pumpkin seed dressing. To drink, Crisp & Green whips up “aguas frescas” in a variety of sharp, juicy flavor twists like blueberry mint and pineapple ginger.

Crisp & Green doesn’t just confine its healthy, active message to its walls. Beyond nutritious and convenient food, the chain partners with community fitness and wellness folk to offer complimentary classes and frescas (typically held at the restaurant) for people of all levels of fitness to mix in a positive lifestyle with a body-friendly palate.

The new Fort Collins Crisp & Green will be a similarly large space (2900 square feet) with over 60 seats for people to comfortably spread out. The restaurant will also maintain the same hours — open seven days a week from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
