This exciting news comes after a franchise agreement was signed between On the Border and Galaxy Hotels Group

The incoming restaurant will debut in the lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn located at 16475 E 40th Circle, Aurora, CO 80011, and will be available to both hotel guests and the local community.

Scott Nadel, COO of Galaxy Hotels Group, says, “This new On The Border location will be a great addition to the Denver airport locale, offering more delicious choices for our guests visiting the area.”

On The Border — the world’s largest Mexican casual dining brand — has recently revamped its brand ethos and growth strategy, resulting in elevated Tex-Mex menu selections that reinforce its brand heritage, heightened focus on operational excellence, affordably-priced best-selling combos, and new innovations such as birria tacos and a premium Diamante Margarita.
